Muscoot Farm Moderate Hike

Details
Expect a very scenic hike at a "very" moderate pace and view live, exotic, and local animals in a farm environment. Muscoot Farm is an early 20th-century interpretative farm museum in Katonah. The farm is owned and operated by the Westchester County Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation.
Today’s moderately paced 3.5 mile hike will be mainly on the yellow and other nearby trails. A few hills, no rock scrambling. No pets allowed. View the animals at your own pace after the hike is completed. Joint with the Westchester Hiking Meetup Group. Guests are invited if they can keep up.
Certainly, bring lunch or a snack. Plenty of picnic tables and restrooms available. This location will be a unique experience and for a few hours. Inclement weather postpones hike.
Drivers: Meet 10 AM in the farm parking lot. The farm opens at 10 AM.
Address: Muscoot Farm, 51 Route 100, Katonah, NY 10536
If interested in public transportation take the 8:18 train from GCT arriving at Katonah, NY at 9:29 AM. From there ride-share with others using UBER or a local taxi to Muscoot Farm about 10 minutes away. There we begin at 10 AM from the parking lot.
