From I-275, Take exit 80 toward KY-17/ Independence/Covington. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Madison Pike (KY 17 S) and drive 2.6 miles. Turn right on Old KY 17. Go 0.1 mile and bear left onto Bullock Pen Road. Drive to the end. You will see the dam ahead of you. Drive the road up the side of the dam, then over the dam, and park in the gravel lot by the lake.
