Join us for a calming outdoor yoga session designed to awaken your senses and restore inner balance—set amidst the tranquility of nature.

What to Expect:
This 60-minute session emphasizes mindful movement, gentle stretches, and deep breathing exercises aimed at releasing tension, boosting energy, and nurturing self-love. It’s the perfect way to reset and enter your weekend with clarity and calm.

Session Details:
🧘 When: Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM
🧘‍♀️ Where: Bidadari Park (Open-air, peaceful setting)
🧘🏻‍♂️ What to Bring: Yoga mat, yoga block, yoga strap, towel, and water bottle
