Hola Amigos! Every Tuesday at 7:00 pm, we meet for a friendly dinner at Pollicos. It's a great spot with fantastic organic BBQ chicken (plus lots of veggie options).

Can I come with a friend or two? Yes of course!
Which languages do people speak? English mostly, with a smaller percentage speaking only Spanish.
What if I'm Vegan/Vegetarian? Pollicos has great veggie options and all their ingredients are fresh and organic :) (I especially love their hummus)
Can I come late? Yes! We don't have a strict start time, so most people trickle in within the first 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Are attendees based in Valencia or just passing through? Both! This past year for Amigos meetups, about 1/3rd of attendees were based in Valencia long-term, another 1/3rd was staying for at least 3-6 months, and the last third was only coming to check out Valencia for a few weeks or months (and a good percentage of these, came back ).

Important: To attend, you MUST complete a short pre-event interview and make a prepayment. This helps us keep the group at a comfortable size and create a safe environment for everyone.

Is this a sexual event? No. This is explicitly a non-sexual event focused on connection, affection, communication, and consent.
Do I have to cuddle anyone? Nope! Nothing is mandatory. You can say yes or no to any interaction at any time, and changing your mind is always okay.
Can I come by myself? Absolutely. Most people at Amigos events come to meet new people, and you don't need to know anyone beforehand.
What will we actually do? We'll start together with an introduction, meditation, and guided connection exercises before moving into the free-form cuddling portion of the evening.
Which language will the event be in? English.
Why is there an interview beforehand? It's a short conversation to make sure everyone understands the nature of the event, the boundaries, and the consent rules before attending.
Can I just show up and pay at the door? No. Pre-registration, the short interview, and prepayment are required so we know exactly who will be attending and can prepare the space accordingly.

### About your facilitator 🤍

The event will be facilitated by Nastassia, who has already organized and facilitated around 15 Cuddle Parties in Batumi, Georgia, bringing together international participants from different countries and backgrounds.

She puts a lot of emphasis on creating a welcoming environment, carefully selecting participants, establishing clear boundaries, and making sure everyone understands consent before the event begins. Her approach is gentle and non-hierarchical: you're always free to choose who you interact with, what you participate in, and when you want to say no or change your mind.
