☀️ Let’s have some fun together and go kayaking in Amsterdamse Bos!

We’ll book shared 2-person kayaks — no worries if it’s your first time, beginners are very welcome 😊

📍 Meeting point: Kanoverhuur Amsterdamse Bos

🕧 12:45 – Meet & Greet
We’ll gather next to the kayak rental point, say hello, and leave our belongings at the rental place.

🚲 How to get there:
• Bike — easy and recommended! Amsterdamse Bos is very bike-friendly.
• 🚗 Car — easy access with parking nearby.
• 🚌 Public transport — also possible, but depending on where you’re coming from it may take a bit longer, so please plan your route in advance using Google Maps or 9292.

🛶 13:00–15:00 – Kayaking (2 hours)
We’ll enjoy a relaxed and easy pace — this is not a race 🙂
The route is beginner-friendly and usually takes around 1 hour 15 minutes without stops, so we’ll have time to enjoy nature, chat, and take breaks.

🍹 15:00–17:00 – Chill & Hangout
After kayaking, we can relax together at the bar next to the kayak rental or sit on the grass by the water. Feel free to bring drinks and snacks, or you can buy something there and continue enjoying the afternoon together.

🌦 Weather plan
The weather should be nice, but since we’re in Amsterdam 😁 if there is heavy rain, we’ll either reschedule the kayaking, cancel the activity, or switch to another fun indoor activity on the original date.

🎒 Don’t forget to bring:
• Sun cream
• Bottle of water
• Cap / hat to protect your head ☀️
• Blanket if you’d like to relax on the grass after kayaking 🌿

👕 What to wear?
Anything comfortable:
Shorts / skirt / T-shirt / tank top / swimsuit / sandals / barefoot (you can leave your sneakers at the rental place).

⚠️ Please RSVP by Wednesday 18:00 so the kayak reservation can be pre-paid in advance.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellation until Thursday 23:00. After that, €5 will be retained to cover rental cancellation costs. If the organizer cancels or reschedules due to weather, participants will receive a full refund.
