This is the group is about ADHD+, for those who:
- Are diagnosed or not.
- Have a person in their lives with it and what to understand them better.
- Are curios about it.
There are specific challenges that come with living with ADHD, and in my experience it is extremely important to be able to explore them together with peers. This is why I created this space where we can connect, share experiences and find practical solutions.
Whether you are seeking guidance, support or simply a listening ear, the group is here for you.

Improv does not have to mean performing on stage, being funny, or thinking fast under pressure.
At its simplest, improv gives people small, structured exercises in which we practise paying attention to another person, responding to what is actually happening, and building something together.
Good communication is not something we do alone. It is something we build between us.
Practicalities:
18:30 Doors open and settling in
19:00 We start with some light exercises
20:00 Small break
20:15 Improv games
21:00 Wrap-up
We can stay in the venue and socialise until 22:00
Everything is optional. You can always pass, observe, or join us later.
