What we’re about
Link to the Telegram group chat
This is the group is about ADHD+, for those who:
- Are diagnosed or not.
- Have a person in their lives with it and what to understand them better.
- Are curios about it.
There are specific challenges that come with living with ADHD, and in my experience it is extremely important to be able to explore them together with peers. This is why I created this space where we can connect, share experiences and find practical solutions.
Whether you are seeking guidance, support or simply a listening ear, the group is here for you.

See all- Int. ADHD Café - Systems Review - What is/isn't working?Huis van de Wijk De Koperen Knoop, Amsterdam
Hey hey! - Details & relevant info here
The International ADHD Café is a monthly special edition of the ongoing ADHD Support Group Amsterdam in collaboration with Impuls & Woortblind.
What is this?
- A peer-to-peer support space where we share and learn from each other.
- You’re invited to speak from your personal or professional experience (preferably using “I” statements).
- The main goal is to build community.
- This is a non-judgmental, safe space – everyone is welcome just as you are.
- Open to everyone: people with or without a diagnosis, and also those who have a close person with ADHD and want to better understand and support them.
What is not
- This is not a debate space. Nobody is here to convince anyone about anything. We share, listen, and take what works for us. Remember: everyone’s experience is valid, and multiple truths can coexist.
- This is not a clinical or therapeutic space. Medicines and treatments can be mentioned from personal experience, but please seek professional guidance for anything medical – especially around prescriptions.
- This is a not-profit-oriented space. If your intentions go beyond sharing and learning (e.g., client-seeking, data-gathering, or promoting services), please reach out to me directly. I’m open to exploring ways your goals could contribute positively to the group, but transparency is essential.
How it works
- We all bring our knowledge, experiences, ideas, issues, questions, doubts, or stories to share, and we have a conversation.
- Arrival: between 18:30–19:00 (I’ll open the door as close to 18:30 as possible – I also have ADHD, so thanks for your patience 😅).
- Start: around 19:00. (If you arrive after this, just take a deep breath, slip in quietly, and grab a seat.)
- Wrap-up: around 21:00.
- You’re welcome to hang out until 22:00 at the latest.
- Feel free to bring snacks or non-alcoholic drinks to share.
- This is a weekly event.
Who am I & what is my role
I’m José Antonio, an ADHD coach, and I’ve been running these groups for more than 3 years.
I facilitate the conversations and also share from my personal and professional experience.
I’m AuDHD myself, so I know the journey from the inside.
Staying connected
For coordination, last-minute updates, and connecting with others, I created a Telegram group:
👉 Access the Telegram chat here
(For example: I’ll post there what time I’m arriving to open the door. We also use it to share topics and ongoing discussions.)
See you there :)
