Let’s close the year in the most ADHD-friendly way possible: with good food, shared traditions, low-pressure connection, and a community rooted in kindness, compassion, and understanding.

This end-of-year potluck is for our ADHD community (significant others like friends, family, and partners are welcome too!).

The goal is simple: come together, share something meaningful, and celebrate the traditions you cherish at this time of year. If it is important to you, bring it and share it.

You’re invited to bring any of the following:

  • Food to share (homemade, store-bought—whatever works for you)
  • A tradition you cherish (cultural, family-based, personal, long-standing, or brand new)
  • A ritual or tradition you’d like to propose to the group
  • Games or activities for a relaxed, open social atmosphere
  • Drinks (non-alcoholic only)

Please also consider how your contribution will be shared: disposable plates, cups, utensils, or napkins if needed. We’ll do our best to keep the space tidy and minimize mess together. We come together, we share, we enjoy, and we clean. 😉

This gathering is all about strengthening our ADHD community. Neurodiversity is highly contextual: when we have the right support, we thrive; without it, we struggle. So let’s create the context we need, our space to meet new people, reconnect with familiar faces, build support networks, and feel understood.

Come as you are. Bring what you can. Share what matters to you.
Let’s end the year with connection, warmth, and the beginnings of traditions that help us thrive.

See you there.
Hugs
