Details

Our nervous system requires special care, some call them habits, some call them rituals, some try to do it by themselves, but I have learned that when surrounded by the right people who care and are willing to support, emotional regulation happens, we co-regulate.

Alone, everything can be hard. Together, we can create the world we need and deserve... and have fun in the process.

Practicalities:
- Bring your own food and drinks, share if you feel like (no alcohol)
- I will open the door as close as possible to 18:30
(I'm time blind, I can be late but I'm trying my best)
- We aim to start the conversation by 19:00
- We start with an introduction circle that takes +- 45 min
- We will have a 10 min. break around 20:00
- Then we go into small groups for around 1h
- We finish around 21:00
- You can stay in the space and socialise until 22:00
