Lets explore how burnout manifest in ADHD brains, how to identify early signs, and how to deal with it.
What works, what doesn't, what is worth exploring
Alone, everything can be hard. Together, we can create the world we need and deserve... and have fun in the process.
Practicalities:
- Bring your own food and drinks, share if you feel like (no alcohol)
- I will open the door as close as possible to 18:30
(I'm time blind, I can be late but I'm trying my best)
- We aim to start the conversation by 19:00
- We start with an introduction circle that takes +- 45 min
- We will have a 10 min. break around 20:00
- Then we go into small groups for around 1h
- We finish around 21:00
- You can stay in the space and socialise until 22:00
