Group Policy:
Please only RSVP to events if you will definitely be there. If your plans change, please cancel your RSVP so someone else can take the spot. Repeat No-shows will be removed from the group. This isn't about being super strict! We want to foster real connections, and that means many events will be smaller and more cozy, so it's important that those who sign up also show up, as much as possible.

Space is limited at many venues. We also try to keep the event attendance balanced to make the most comfortable setting for everyone. Therefore, if you are not on the "Going" list / don't have a paid ticket, please do not just show up. Some venues may not be able to accommodate extra people.

Some venues require advance deposits or reservation tickets. For these events, guests who paid in advance get priority. Anyone else may be welcomed on a space-available basis. If an event is sold out, we cannot accommodate guests without paid tickets/deposits. This group is not a business or profit-making endeavor, so please be considerate of any reservation requirements.

Most importantly, please join us and let's make connections! Whether you're new in town, a long time local, or a native Dutch person, we welcome you. The only requirement is that you be at least age 35 and want to connect with other people living in and around Amsterdam :)
