Get ready to level up your freestyle game. Get more swagger, flow and rhyme in your improvised raps. It's time to spit fire.

Struggle to bring the bravado when you're freestyling, or run out of rhyme words or wonder where to go next? Get into this Spitfire Session and start powering up your rap alter ego. This isn't about "pretending" to rap, or mimicking actual hip hop styles. It's about finding and turning up your own hip hop flow. And if you're already seasoned, it'll be about diving deeper into rhyme mechanics, set-ups and punchlines, slant rhymes, and leaping from topic to topic. Through activities and exercises, solo flows and even some cyphering you'll boost your confidence, enjoyment and ability to kick rhymes. Let's do it.

Ryan Millar is an improviser, writer, communications trainer, storyteller and comedian living in Amsterdam. Ryan has 20+ years experience teaching, training and entertaining, working in different countries and languages. Performing scripted and unscripted material, as well as hosting shows and events.
