I'm here to inspire you to become more self-aware, allowing room to live your life more consciously in line with your core values and needs; which will hopefully reflect in various areas of your life, among others:

- Focus
- Self-worth
- Deeper connections with yourself and others
- Conscious decision-making (e.g., setting boundarties)

WHY?
Do you feel like life is passing you by? Are you struggling with a strong inner critic? Would you like to further develop kindness and compassion towards yourself and others in order to live life more fully? Then this training might be suited for you.CONTENT
The mindfulness-based compassionate living (or MBCL) training is an 8-week follow-up training after one has taken a mindfulness course or has practiced other forms of meditation (e.g., zen, vipassana, breathworks).During 8 weeks we will cultivate our compassion skills directed to ourselves and others. This is a scientific based training in which we use (meditation) practices, journaling, and sharing of and reflecting on our experiences.
The following topics (AO) will be covered:
- Creating a safe space to explore our patterns
- Developing self-compassion/self-love
- Learning to better deal with our inner critic
- Becoming less guided by other people's opinions
- Decreasing our stress levels
- Becoming more mild (i.e., less reactive and judgmental) towards ourselfs and others
- Being able to better handle discomfort and taking in the good
- Living a more conscious life including deeper connections with othersPRACTICALITIES
This training will be provided in-person on Tuesday evenings starting on May 06, and ending on July 01 (excl. June 03). In addition, this training includes a silent day on Sunday June 29 from 2-6pm. The full training, including 8 sessions of 2.5hrs and the silent day of 4hrs, cost € 550,- (including VAT).In case you prefer to follow the training online: the same training will be provided on Monday evenings from 7.15pm-9.45pm starting on the 12th of May, and ending on June 30, including a hybrid (in-person or online) silent day on Sunday June 29 from 2-6pm. The costs for this training are € 475,- (including VAT).

The full training, including 8 sessions of 2.5hrs and the silent day of 4hrs, cost € 475,- (including VAT).In case you prefer to follow the training in-person: the same training will be provided in the East of Amsterdam at Steve Bikoplein 13 on Tuesday evenings from 7.00pm-9.30pm, starting on the 6th of May, and ending on July 01 (excl. June 3), including the silent day on Sunday June 29 from 2-6pm. The costs for this training are € 550,- (including VAT).
