In the sterile shell of a soon-to-be-sold luxury apartment, three lost souls—a street hustler peddling knock-offs, a jaded realtor's aide, and a painfully shy salesman—collide, their desires echoing in the empty rooms. Tsai Ming-liang's "Vive l'amour" isn't just a film; it's a voyeuristic plunge into the aching silence of urban loneliness, where unspoken longings flicker in the minutiae of a city's hum. Considered a masterpiece, this film is a stark whisper of alienation, dthat ares to hold its audience captive with its beauty and the haunting dance of unspoken emotions. This film was awarded the Golden Lion at the 1994 Venice International Film Festival.

An introduction by Julian Ross (Eye Head of Programming & Distribution) will precede the screening.

The film is in Mandarin Chinese, with English subtitles
