Come practise your foreign language skills (Dutch, English, Spanish, French, and more!) with other internationally minded people at our Amsterdam Language Cafe!
We organise single language nights (English, Dutch, Spanish, French, etc.) that take place on Wednesdays at Koentact Dutch Language School, Elandsgracht 70. We also organise All Languages Parties that take place on Fridays in De Hallen where you can practise all languages! Check out our upcoming events. Hope to meet you soon!

Who is Koentact?
Koentact is Dutch language school and has founded the Amsterdam Language Cafe! :)Koentact offers Dutch classes for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels through a unique interactive method (including great 'Field Trips' to get to know Amsterdam better). Every 6 weeks there are new lessons starting and before the start of a new session, Koentact hosts an Open Evening.
The first upcoming event will take place in Amsterdam on Tuesday May 12.
How does the Open Evening work?
During the Open Evening you can get to know the teaching team and learn about the teaching method. If you are a complete beginner in the Dutch language, you can follow a Free trial lesson. If you are an intermediate or advanced speaker of Dutch, you can do a proficiency test.Make sure to register here for our in-person Open Evening: www.koentact.nl/open-day.
We will announce the location once you have registered for the event.Of course, you will also be able to officially enroll in one of the Dutch language courses of Koentact during the Open Day and... you can win 50% off a Dutch course. Moroccan (Arabic) Workshop & Cafe

Dear Moroccan (Arabic) language lovers,
Do you feel like meeting new people, having fun while practicing your Moroccan (Arabic) - darija or helping others to practice darija in a relaxed and cosy environment?
If so, we’d love to have you join our next free Moroccan Arabic workshop and language café! 😀
Level:
From A1+ (including natives)
This event is not for complete beginners but for beginners+, intermediate, and advanced speakers since we’ll be focusing on having conversations in darija. Moroccan natives are also more than welcome to help practice darija with non natives (and will even get a free drink for their help)!Programme:
Please start arriving from 19:15 onwards at Koentact Dutch Language School. We'll run the first workshop of darija between 19:30 to 20:30. Then we'll have a 15 minute break to chat and have a drink with your new Moroccan Arabic speaking friends. At 20:45, we’ll continue on with the second workshop until 21:30.Photography:

Our event is completely free, however, we really like to support disadvantaged children with their studies at school.
