⚡ Mind and Body Training in a Playful Format — Sunday
This is more than just classic martial arts training.
We focus on "strengthening and controlling the body’s fascia", learning "proper breathing", "structuring your body", and mastering the ability to "control yourself and your opponent", "Work with psychological and mental state"
You will learn to move naturally — without tension or unnecessary stiffness.
The training is based on mastering principles, not repetitive technique.
Through a playful format, we engage and activate the psyche, combining body, breath, and attention so you can act clearly in any situation.
