The path to yourself through martial arts
Martial arts are not only about techniques of defense.
They are a mirror of how we manifest in the world, and a road to clarity, attention, and inner freedom.
In practice you will see:
- how we manifest ourselves in the world through movements and reactions;
- how the ego 🛡️ switches on and what fear does to our consciousness;
- how we react to external stimuli and events;
- how to turn on “autopilot” where it is needed, and turn it off where awareness is required;
- how attention becomes a spear, piercing the shield.
What we do
We learn to move naturally, to work with the body, breathing, and psyche,
to release blocks from the body, psyche, and soul 🧖♂️ — according to the situation, in order to become masters of our own state.

- sober mind and clear state;
- 🚫 no alcohol or drugs;
- 🔞 age 18+;
- 🙏 complete respect for every participant: brother teaches and protects brother, and the same with sisters.
