The path to yourself through martial arts
Martial arts are not only about techniques of defense.
They are a mirror of how we manifest in the world, and a road to clarity, attention, and inner freedom.

In practice you will see:

  • how we manifest ourselves in the world through movements and reactions;
  • how the ego 🛡️ switches on and what fear does to our consciousness;
  • how we react to external stimuli and events;
  • how to turn on “autopilot” where it is needed, and turn it off where awareness is required;
  • how attention becomes a spear, piercing the shield.

What we do
We learn to move naturally, to work with the body, breathing, and psyche,
to release blocks from the body, psyche, and soul 🧖‍♂️ — according to the situation, in order to become masters of our own state.

Main rule of the gathering

  • sober mind and clear state;
  • 🚫 no alcohol or drugs;
  • 🔞 age 18+;
  • 🙏 complete respect for every participant: brother teaches and protects brother, and the same with sisters.
