In practic, you will discover:
- How to fall safely;
- interaction with an unarmed and armed attacker;
- body control: falling, balance, and structur
- reaction, timing, and real-time decision-making;
- state work: attention, stress, and emotional control;
- interaction with a partner and adaptation to different situations ;
- development of coordination and overall mobility;
- ideomotor and mental practice.
What we do:
We learn to move naturally, to work with the body, breathing, and psyche,
to release blocks from the body, psyche, and soul 🧖♂️ — according to the situation, in order to become masters of our own state.

- For those who want to release tension in the body and psyche, and move more freely.
