Winter is a season that can feel particularly heavy, especially emotionally.

Low energy, lack of motivation, sadness, irritability, and self-criticism often show up during the darker months, and many people assume something is “wrong” with them.

This interactive, in-person meetup offers a compassionate and realistic perspective on winter mental health. Instead of forcing positivity or productivity, we will focus on understanding what’s happening emotionally and how to support yourself during winter.

What We’ll Explore:
✅ Winter blues vs. depression: what’s normal and what needs attention
✅ Why winter affects mood, energy, and motivation (and why it’s not your fault)
✅ How to lower self-criticism and increase self-compassion in winter
