Description:
Burnout is more than just feeling tired or needing a break. Many people find that even after resting, taking time off, or trying to slow down, the exhaustion, lack of motivation, and emotional drain remain.

This in-person meetup offers a reflective and supportive space to explore what burnout really is, why rest alone is sometimes not enough for recovery, and how chronic stress impacts our thoughts, emotions, and body.

Together, we will explore the deeper patterns that contribute to burnout—such as over-responsibility, perfectionism, and emotional overload—and how to begin rebuilding energy, boundaries, and a more sustainable way of living.

This is not a therapy session and not a lecture.
It is a space for reflection, shared experience, and practical psychological tools.

What We’ll Explore:
✅ Why burnout happens (psychological + emotional roots)
✅ Why rest alone doesn’t always lead to recovery
✅ Practical tools to restore energy, set boundaries, and prevent relapse
