Tilda Swinton delivers one of her most acclaimed performances in this harrowing psychological drama. Prior to We Need to Talk About Kevin, a short film 35 mm copy will be screened of Norman McLaren’s Canadian pixilation short film Neighbours (1952, 8’), in which a neighbourly dispute gets completely out of hand.

This screening is part of the Eye’s exhibition dedicated to Tilda Swinton –the celebrated Scottish performer, artist, and fashion icon. This unique and personal exhibition centers on Swinton’s creative collaborations.

After the movie, we will go to a nearby bar - Café Helmer (Eerste Helmersstraat 59, 1054) to celebrate the Amsterdam Movie Group's one-year anniversary.
