- Recharge & Get Unstuck: Mindful Life Mapping with Lara ๐โ๏ธPark Kiosk BEA, Amsterdam
Burnout prevention & recovery isnโt just about rest - itโs also about redefining your direction and going through a complete life transformation.
On September 2nd, Tuesday at 3 pm, we'll gather in the Beatrixpark for a cozy picnic to slow down together and explore how to realign our lives with what truly matters. Following the guidance of Lara, a Mindful Life & Career Coach, we'll use the Wheel of Life framework to help us reflect on where we are, where we feel off balance, and how to protect our energy as we move forward.
We'll meet at Park Kiosk BEA, get introduced, and pick a spot together for the picnic. After the workshop, youโre welcome to stay longer, enjoy the relaxed picnic vibe, and connect with others.
For the workshop, bring a pen and a notebook, and for the picnic, bring a blanket, something to snack on (plus point if itโs your national dish), and a book or a game, or anything you feel like.
What we'll do/learn/experience:
- Reflect on your current life balance using the Wheel of Life self-assessment
- Identify which areas need more attention, or change, and define clear next steps.
- Gain clarity on where you are, WHAT truly matters to you in work, relationships, health, and more, and plan HOW to improve them.
- Define next steps to bring more purpose and fulfillment into your daily life
- Connect with like-minded individuals in a warm, relaxed, and supportive space
About the facilitator:

Lara organised mindful experiences such as events and workshops on topics around mental wellness, burnout recovery, healthy lifestyle, mindful career, workplace wellbeing, life purpose, and more.
If you're interested in developing yourself and building a fulfilling life without sacrificing your wellbeing, she is your go-to mentor.โ ๏ธ Important information โ ๏ธ
