Burnout prevention & recovery isn’t just about pressing pause - it’s about moving with intention. In a world that keeps us tense and pulled in every direction, the most radical act can be to slow down, stretch, and reconnect with your body.

On September 29th, Monday at 3.30 pm, we'll come together in the Bluebirds Yoga West, where Jim will guide us through gentle stretches with playful individual and partner exercises.

What to expect:
✨ We’ll begin with light interaction and movement, then gradually slow down into deeper stretches on our own mats.
✨ Partner exercises involve no touch, and we’ll rotate throughout.
✨ Using deep breathing, you’ll move at your own pace - going only as far as feels right for you that day.
✨ We’ll close with gratitude and reflection, leaving you in a calm, yin-like state.

Expect a gentle vibe, soothing music, and space to unwind. All you need is comfortable clothing - no prior experience required, no yoga mat needed. Just bring an open mind and heart. ❤️

We'll meet at 3.30 pm in front of the studio, get introduced, then go inside, change clothes if necessary, and start the practice at 4 pm.

About the instructor:
My name is Jim, and I am a calisthenics athlete and fitness trainer. I also design immersive workshop experiences for companies to help people enhance focus & workplace wellbeing. In my personal practice, I've been a student of Tai Chi, Kung Fu, and played football (soccer) on a higher level.

This event is offered pro bono and is free to join, with a small shared contribution (around 10 EUR, depending on the number of participants) to cover the venue rental. Payment will be arranged via Tikkie or cash after the session.

  • If you RSVP, please attend! If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the event, reach out to me. After 2 late cancellations or no-shows without notice, participation may be restricted 💔
  • Arrive on time (a few minutes early is best) ⏰
  • For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: please stay for the entire session 🌿
  • Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away 📵
  • You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but understanding its impact is crucial for creating a safe space 💛
