Burnout prevention and recovery aren't just about taking a break - it’s about nurturing balance, resilience, and presence. When life feels like it’s moving too fast, the most powerful gift you can give yourself is a moment to slow down, reset, and truly come back home to your body.

On October 25th, Saturday at 11 am, we'll come together in the AnaMorphic studio to take a mindful pause guided by Olya, in a gentle and grounding session combining Pilates-inspired movement and a restorative sound bath. This experience is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body, and support your nervous system in a calm, supportive environment.

We'll meet on the street, in front of the gate, then go upstairs together to the studio, get introduced, settle in, and start the session. Please arrive a few minutes early.

🌿 What to expect:

  • Gentle Pilates-based movement to awaken the body
  • A restorative sound bath to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system
  • A welcoming space to reconnect with yourself and unwind from daily stress
  • Warmth, community, and connection with yourself

✨ You’ll leave feeling:

  • More grounded and at ease in your body
  • Mentally refreshed and emotionally lighter
  • Reconnected with your breath, your body, and your sense of self

☀️ What to bring

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in
  • A yoga mat and a towel (contact Virag if you don't have one)
  • A notebook (optional) for any reflections
  • A bottle of water or tea to stay hydrated

⚠️ Important information
This is a donation-based event. A minimum contribution is requested to cover the venue costs, and anything you choose to give above that is a gesture of gratitude for the instructor. Donations will be arranged after the session via Tikkie or cash.
