Burnout recovery and prevention begin when the mind quiets and the body feels safe to rest. Music is a powerful tool for softening into stillness and guiding awareness inward for deep relaxation.

On November 21st, Friday at 3.45 pm, we'll come together in the AnaMorphic studio for a deeply immersive sound experience guided by Natalia, using noise-cancelling headsets. As external distractions fade, we’ll be guided through mindfulness and music that invite a state of calm awareness - some describe sensations of floating among the stars, reconnecting with their body, or entering a restful, dreamlike space between sleep and wakefulness.

We'll meet on the street, in front of the gate, then go upstairs together to the studio.

✨ What to expect:

  • A short welcome and introduction
  • Guided mindfulness and optional deep, slow breathing to settle your system
  • A period of instrumental music through immersive headsets
  • Space for sharing and integration at the end

✨ This journey is for you if:

  • You’re seeking calm, rest, or grounding after stress or burnout
  • You find it hard to quiet your mind or fully relax
  • You want to explore mindfulness in a new, sensory way
  • You enjoy small, intimate settings that feel personal and safe

✨ You'll leave with:

  • A body-felt sense of relaxation and presence
  • A calmer, clearer mind
  • A deeper connection to yourself and your inner world

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat, a blanket, and a cushion or pillow (you can bring one of them or all of them; we’ll be lying down for most of the session, so comfort and warmth are important. Contact Virag if you don't have a yoga mat.)
  • Eye mask or scarf to minimize distractions (optional)
  • Comfortable clothing (loose, non-restrictive around the belly or chest)
  • A notebook and pen for notes and reflection

⚠️ Important information
This is a donation-based event. A minimum contribution is requested to cover the venue costs, and anything you choose to give above that is a gesture of gratitude for the facilitator. Donations will be arranged after the session via Tikkie or cash.

🧘 About the facilitator
Natalia is a certified mindfulness teacher, breathwork facilitator, and life coach. An expat living in Amsterdam with a background in the corporate world, she experienced a period of burnout during which her long-time mindfulness practice and newly discovered breathwork became a refuge. Through this experience, she came to embody the understanding that the world we see is a reflection of our inner state, inspiring her to deepen her path and train professionally in mindfulness, breathwork, and coaching. Alongside her practice, Natalia volunteers as a mindfulness teacher at VU University and with the Plum Village Online Community, sharing the same practices that continue to support and inspire her today.
