Burnout prevention and recovery aren’t just about self-care routines - it’s about making sense of what we’ve been through, learning from each other, and knowing we’re not alone. In a world that often expects us to keep going no matter what, one of the most healing acts can be to pause, share openly, and listen deeply.
On Monday, February 16th, at 3.55 am, we’ll gather at Cafe Brecht for a safe and supportive circle where we’ll explore our burnout journeys together.
✨ What to expect:
- A welcoming space to share your journey
- Honest conversations, reflections, and insights from others who’ve been through burnout.
- No pressure to perform - listening is as valuable as sharing.
- A community that holds space for each other’s stories with care and respect.
Expect a cozy café setting and an atmosphere of openness and connection. No preparation needed - just bring yourself, your story, and your mindful presence. ❤️

- If you need to cancel within 24 hours before the event, reach out to me directly. đź’¬
- After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you don’t show up to your first event, you’ll be removed from the community. 💔
- Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). ⏰
- For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. 🌿
- Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. 📵
- You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery.
- Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. đźš«
