Burnout prevention and recovery often show up in the body long before they show up in our thoughts, and for many people, the gut is where the stress lands first.
On Monday, March 16th at 2:55 pm, we’ll meet in de Boomsspijker (Room 1.5) for a practical, supportive workshop guided by Sonia, a nutritional therapy practitioner and founder of Eat Love Thrive Wellness. We’ll explore how chronic stress and burnout affect digestion, and what you can realistically do to support your gut for a better balance.
🌿 What to expect:
- How stress & burnout affect digestion (gut–brain axis)
- Why symptoms linger even when you “do everything right”
- Practical food & lifestyle support during burnout
- Simple steps you can use right away
- Calm, non-judgmental space for questions
✨ This workshop is for you if:
- You’re burned out or recovering and your digestion feels off
- You deal with bloating, reflux, nausea, irregular stools, or sensitivities
- You’ve tried diets, supplements, or protocols without relief
- Your digestion feels unpredictable and stressful
- You want realistic support, not extremes

- Clear priorities (what matters now vs. later)
- Tools you can start using immediately

- A notebook and pen for notes or reflections
- An open mind; tired bodies, foggy brains, and sensitive stomachs are very welcome
⚠️ Important information
This is a donation-based event. A minimum contribution is requested to cover the venue costs, and anything you choose to give above that is a gesture of gratitude for the facilitators. Donations will be arranged after the session via Tikkie or cash.
☀️ About the facilitator
Sonia is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner based in Amsterdam, founder of Eat Love Thrive Wellness, specializing in gut health, fatigue, and burnout support for busy, high-achieving women. She works with people who look like they’re coping on the outside but are quietly dealing with bloating, unpredictable digestion, low energy, PMS, skin flare-ups, food confusion, and chronic stress.
Her approach is holistic, science-informed, and deeply practical. Sonia focuses on nutrition, lifestyle, and nervous system support that fits real life, without restrictive diets, guesswork, or band-aid solutions. Her goal is to help people understand their bodies, reduce overwhelm, and take clear, sustainable steps toward feeling better.

- After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you don’t show up to your first event, you’ll be removed from the community. 💔
- Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). ⏰
- For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. 🌿
- Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. 📵
- You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery.
- Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. 🚫
