Recharge & Release: Rebuilding After Burnout & Returning to Work 🌱✨

Recovering from burnout and returning to work are big transitions - physically, mentally, and emotionally. It often brings up questions like: Will this time be different? How do I avoid falling into the same patterns? What do I actually need to feel stable and in control again?
On Thursday, April 2nd at 3:15 pm, we’ll meet in front of the OT301 (AnaMorphic Studio) for a practical, supportive workshop guided by Zorka, NLP Master Coach and founder of Zorka Coaching. Together, we’ll process our burnout experience and what returning to work brings up for us, and learn simple, realistic ways to support ourselves as we step back into work - without burning out again.
🌿 What to expect:
- Share and reflect on the sense of loss from burnout and the transition back to work
- Learn how to shift looping thoughts and emotions around returning to work
- Practice embodied exercises to support your return to work
- Identify simple, realistic steps you can apply right away
- A calm, non-judgmental space
✨ This workshop is for you if:
- You are recovering from burnout and about to return to work, or have recently returned to work
- Your days feel unpredictable, stressful, or increasingly demanding
- You experience overthinking, anxiety, or heightened sensitivity
- You need realistic, grounded support
🌱 You’ll leave with:
- Practical exercises to help you process your experience and return to work with more ease
- A chance to release what you’ve been carrying and feel lighter
- The power of the group: feeling seen, supported, and less alone
- Clear insight into your patterns and priorities (what matters now vs. later)
- Tools you can start using immediately
💫 What to bring:
- A meditation cushion or pillow to sit on (and a blanket, if you like)
- A notebook and pen for reflection
- An open mind - tired bodies, foggy brains, and all emotions are welcome
⚠️ Important information
This is a donation-based event. A minimum contribution is requested to cover venue costs, and anything you choose to give above that is a gesture of gratitude for the facilitator. Donations will be arranged after the session via Tikkie or cash.
☀️ About the facilitator
Zorka is a group facilitator and NLP Master Coach based in Amsterdam, founder of Zorka Coaching. She specializes in loss, grief, transitions, and emotional processing. She works with people who feel they are living behind masks and are unable to tune into their emotions and needs because of the hustle culture we live in.
Her approach is unique, blending different methods and deeply practical. Zorka focuses on the human, incorporating yoga philosophy, breathing, psychodrama, family constellation, and astrology elements in her workshops. Her goal is to help people understand and tune back to their life's own purpose, reduce anxiety and fears, and take clear, sustainable steps toward feeling better.

- After two late cancellations or no-shows without notice, or if you don’t show up to your first event, you’ll be removed from the community. 💔
- Arrive on time (a few minutes early is ideal). ⏰
- For casual events: stay as long or as little as you like, just let us know. For workshops: stay for the entire session. 🌿
- Be fully present and keep your phones tucked away. 📵
- You don’t need to be on burnout leave to join, but this is a community centered around burnout prevention and recovery.
- Be kind and respectful; any harmful or unsafe behavior will lead to being asked to leave and removed from the community. 🚫
