Recharge & Explore: Short Films at Cinedans FEST 🎥✨
Details
Burnout prevention and recovery often begin with small shifts, like stepping out of our everyday routines and letting a story bigger than ours slow us down and inspire us.
On Friday, March 27th at 12.45 pm, we’ll visit the **Cinedans FEST **at the Eye Filmmuseum, a celebration of daring, beautiful, and fascinating dance films. We'll watch the Short Docs 1: Soft Confrontations, a program that highlights the power of vulnerability and an ingenious and gentle approach to confronting some of the most important issues of our time. The host of the event is Virag.
🎥 About the documentaries
The program features four documentaries - Obstructions, Our Hands, Latex Labyrinth, and Warrior Women - exploring resistance, aging, memory, and healing through workers reclaiming power, elderly rediscovering connection, a man confronting colonial history, and women transforming ancestral trauma through embodiment and nature.
