Burnout prevention and recovery are supported by reconnecting with the present moment through the body, breath, and nervous system, helping us respond to life with greater awareness, care, and choice.

On Saturday, May 2nd at 1:55 pm, we’ll meet at the Beatrixpark (in front of Kids Academy) for a movement and mindfulness-informed session guided by Eleonora Ricci, certified coach and movement facilitator, combining gentle movement patterns, mindfulness-based techniques, and reflective dialogue.

🌿 What to expect:

  • A mindful movement practice to connect with your body and inner landscape
  • Guided mindfulness-based meditation exercises
  • A facilitated and co-created learning space for nervous system awareness
  • A safe, calm, and judgment-free environment

This workshop is for you if:

  • Curious about exploring mindfulness experientially
  • Navigating challenges and want to meet yourself with more care
  • Seeking tools for a more supportive relationship with the present moment
  • Able to move comfortably (the movement part will be suitable for all levels; if you’re unsure whether this session will be accessible for you, reach out to Eleonora in advance)

🌱 You’ll leave with:

  • A felt sense of grounding and presence
  • Simple, practical tools for nervous system regulation
  • Tools to connect to your direct experience with more clarity, presence, and awareness

💫 What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing to move in
  • A pillow or a blanket to sit comfortably on the ground
  • A notebook and a pen
  • An open mind and a willingness to explore 💛

Her approach is shaped by navigating and witnessing performance culture, pressure, and transitions, with the intention of offering experiences and tools that support greater awareness, empathy, and agency in everyday life. Her work encourages the cultivation of clarity, care, and compassion, helping people navigate challenges with ease while fostering calm, presence, and joy.
