Burnout prevention and recovery start with reconnecting to yourself: your breath, body, and voice. In a world that keeps us in our heads, what if you could return to balance through movement, sound, and play?

On Saturday, June 13th at 12:45 pm, we’ll meet in front of the OT301 (AnaMorhic Studio) for a voice and body workshop led by Fruzsi, actress, acting coach, and speech & drama teacher, and Rita, speech-language therapist and voice teacher, who will guide us through movement, voice, and play to step out of overthinking, reconnect with the body, and find greater presence and balance.

🌿 What to expect:

  • Bodywork: grounding, awareness, and exploring the borders of your body
  • Focus: simple practices to center attention
  • Imagination: using creative imagery to unlock spontaneity and presence
  • Voice: playful exercises for clear, expressive communication
  • Resonance & vibration: exploring how sound moves through the body and connects us with others

✨ This workshop is for you if you would like to:

  • Recover from burnout, prevent burnout, or navigate stress and overwhelm
  • Get out of your head and into your body
  • Listen more deeply to yourself and others
  • Communicate with greater clarity and confidence
