Burnout prevention and recovery isn’t just about slowing down; it’s about realigning with what really matters. Without clear intentions, the balance, fulfillment, and joy you’re seeking can feel just out of reach. But intention-setting doesn’t have to be another task on your to-do list - it can be a powerful tool to reclaim your energy, create sustainable progress, and move forward with clarity.
On September 30th, Tuesday at 9.30 am, Dana will welcome us to join her **Vision Board Workshop Special Edition & Sound Healing **at a special discounted rate, specifically for our community, the Amsterdam Recharge Club.

Burnout prevention and recovery begin with taking back control of your energy and protecting yourself in a world that constantly pulls at your attention. Imagine, what if you could consciously choose where your energy goes? And if you could spend it on what truly matters, and release the rest?
On October 2nd, Thursday at 10.30 am, we'll come together in de Boomsspijker where Certified Stress & Burnout (Prevention) Coach Ellen Duffy-Lueb will guide us through the Circle of Control to help us map where our energy goes and how to claim it back. We’ll learn practical strategies to protect our energy, create boundaries that serve us, and leave with tools to make conscious choices every day.
What to expect:
- Understanding how your energy gets pulled in so many directions each day
- Practical tools to identify what is (and isn’t) worth spending your energy on
- A simple method to use the Circle of Control in daily life
- Shared experiences in a warm, supportive, and zero-judgment space
This workshop is for you if:
- You wonder why you end up exhausted at the end of each day
- You’ve gone through burnout, or want to prevent it from happening (again)
- You want to set clearer boundaries to protect your time and energy

About the facilitator
Ellen Duffy-Lueb is a Certified Stress & Burnout (Prevention) Coach, international trainer, and founder of Reclaim Your Control. After experiencing the impact of stress and burnout herself, she developed her signature FOCUS framework to help (mainly) ambitious women in international work environments protect their energy, reclaim their time, and create sustainable success. With a holistic approach that integrates body, mind, and soul, Ellen supports busy professionals in setting healthy boundaries and living with intention, so that they can thrive without burning out.⚠️ Important information ⚠️

Not open - Recharge & Clean-Up: Trashy Walk @ Vondelpark 🌞De Vondeltuin, Amsterdam
Caring for the world in small, intentional ways can ease the weight we carry, offering great support for burnout prevention and recovery.
On Tuesday, October 7th at 12.00 pm, we’ll meet in the Vondelpark for a light trash clean-up walk inspired by the Trashy Friends Club, represented by our amazing community member, Sherice.
We’ll gather in front of the Vondeltuin, get introduced, then we’ll grab some litter pickers and go on a treasure hunt, only this time it’s for litter, and tidy up the park together. No pressure, no rush - just a little fresh air, light movement, and a good cause.
