This is a group for people interested in releasing physical and mental tension, regaining energy and restoring the body-mind balance.

In each class, through a combination of relaxation, imaginative and meditative techniques I'll lead you into a state of deep rest that relieves your stress, slows your breathing and heart rate, lowers your blood pressure, and brings your body and mind back into balance.

Please wear warm and comfortable clothes!
