Stretching and flexibility+ correct breathing + balance = transformation energy through the body is the foundation of yoga, gymnastics, and ballet.
If your body hurts, you're unmotivated, you'd like to improve your health, mobility, flexibility and you'd like some direction in a peaceful, relaxing setting? I've come to assist you. It's almost like personal training, although I prefer not to use that term since it conjures up images of gym workouts.
I can help you to become more flexible, strong and teach you forearmstands, handstands, splits, and other postures. I can also give you nutritional and fasting advice. Time, day is adjustable. You can always contact me directly to request a specifications. More than one session is discounted.
