☕️自宅で淹れる珈琲を深掘りする”おうち珈琲ラボ”。第二回のテーマは「アイスコーヒー」です。

💡同じ珈琲豆をアイスコーヒー（ブラック）とアイスラテをそれぞれ2種類の抽出方法で比較して、味や香りはどう違うのかを飲み比べます。
👉アイスコーヒー　水出し vs. 急冷式（スイッチでドリップ）
👉アイスラテ　エアロプレス vs. マキネッタ

☕️ At Home-brewed Coffee Lab, we delve into coffee brewing at home.
The theme of this second workshop is "iced coffee".

💡Taste each coffee brewed with 2 different brewing methods for iced coffee and iced latte using the same coffee beans,
and explore how the flavour of coffee changes.
👉 Iced coffee: Cold brew vs. Flash-chilled iced coffee (pour-over with Hario Switch)
👉 Iced latte: Aeropress vs. Moka pot
