☕️ 自宅で淹れる珈琲を深掘りするおうち珈琲ラボ。第八回のテーマは「エスプレッソ」。

🇮🇹 エスプレッソは珈琲を細かく挽いて圧力をかける珈琲抽出法でイタリアが発祥。アレンジドリンクにもよく使われます。

💡ドリップとエスプレッソはどう違うのかを飲み比べたあと、ロングブラック（お湯割り）、米麹ラテ（米麹ミルクをプラス）、アフォガート（アイスクリームにかけて）の3種類のアレンジでエスプレッソを楽しみます🍨

☕️At Home-brewed Coffee Lab, we delve into coffee brewing at home. Our eighth workshop theme is "espresso".

🇮🇹Espresso is a coffee brewing method that forces hot water through finely ground coffee under pressure, originally from Italy. It's often used for coffee-based drinks.

💡Discover the differences in taste of pour-over and espresso. Then enjoy espresso in 3 different ways: long black (with hot water), malted rice milk latte (with malted rice milk), and affogato (with ice cream).
