Exciting Language Exchange Event – Learn and Chat!

Join us for an engaging and fun language learning experience!

This is a fantastic opportunity for those fluent in their target language to enjoy and learn even more.

What we'll offer:

• A list of English vocabulary (provided at the perfect moment).
• A list of Japanese vocabulary (also provided at the right time).
• Topic Cards for easy conversation starters.

Our organizer will have a variety of topic cards to help guide the conversation, so you don't need to worry about running out of things to say. However, feel free to steer the conversation in your own direction if you prefer.

This is a great chance to use new expressions and improve your language skills in a supportive environment.

If you're comfortable in Japanese, you can join both English and Japanese groups. If not, no worries! You'll be at an English-speaking table.

Everyone is welcome to this inclusive event.

Just remember to support our venue by purchasing at least one item from the cafe.

Hi there! I’m Miina, the organizer of this group.
I came to Canada through a co-op program while working as a freelance web developer. 🙌🏻 After completing three months of ESL (language school), I found myself with fewer opportunities to use English. That’s when I discovered “Meetup.”
I started this activity because I wanted to share the journey with others who are also struggling with learning English and to spend meaningful time together through language exchange.
