Begin the new year with a 2½-hour Ananda Yoga sadhana designed to refresh body, mind, and spirit as we welcome the light of 2026. The true purpose of yoga postures is spiritual—to cultivate inner harmony and prepare the body and mind for deep meditation.
Developed by Swami Kriyananda, Ananda Yoga is a classic hatha yoga practice that unites physical discipline with spiritual awakening, using affirmations to attune each posture with its corresponding state of consciousness.
The session will include Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, asanas, pranayama, and the soothing sounds of singing bowls during a long deep relaxation. We’ll conclude with a 30-minute meditation.
Begin the year by attuning body and soul in quiet harmony, renewing strength, clarity, and peace from within.
