About us
Meditation Support Circle combines yoga, meditation & drama therapy-informed space.
This is a space for sincere seekers. Rooted in meditation, yoga, and Tantric philosophy, we gather to grow — physically, mentally, and spiritually — through collective practice and selfless service.
Also, drawing from my background of an actor, educator and drama therapist in training (Concordia University 2026-2028), I offer safe, inclusive support groups,
We offer: Collective meditation · Yoga philosophy · Neohumanism (Love for humans, animals, plants & nature) · Spiritual & wellbeing study circles · Outdoor gatherings (Toronto, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Montréal) · Online and in-person sessions
All beings are welcome. No experience needed — only an open heart.
"All the beings of this universe are the kith and kin of one another." — P.R. Sarkar

Men Circle: The Men Who Shaped Me
3680 Rue Jeanne-Mance, 3680 Rue Jeanne-Mance, Montréal, QC H2X 2K5, Canada, Montréal, QC, CAMen's Circle: The Men Who Shaped Me
A fellowship of men. Come to share, set intentions, and hear wisdom from one another, and from elders.
Who taught you what it means to be a man? A father, a grandfather, a coach, a teacher, an uncle. Maybe a stranger, or someone who showed you what not to become. It's hard to find examples of strong, balanced manhood today, and most of us carry our struggles alone. For generations, in many cultures, men have gathered to share, bond, and grow more consciously. This circle is a small return to that.
Our goals: Through connecting to healthy masculinity, we aim to heal our connection with the feminine and become reliable, safe, efficient men of the world.
Come out of this afternoon with:
— Clarity on the men who shaped you and what you want to carry forward or put down
— The experience of being heard by other men
— A practice for peace, resilience & courage you can take homeOur approach: We draw on the wisdom of yoga to develop flexibility, empathy, and courage, and to use our energy for protection, appreciation, and creativity in the world. Drama & play-based approaches add flexibility, the courage to change, and resilience.
What we'll do:
- Meet each other and set our intentions
- Create guidelines for the space together
- Breathwork and relating activities
- Pair and group sharing: the men who molded us
- Contemplative practice for peace
- 7 Principles of Success from Shiva: in the yogic tradition, Shiva is regarded as the first teacher. What can he show us about what it means to be a man?
- Group discussion
- Reflection and closure
This is not a therapy session. It's a support and practice circle. You can pass on anything. No experience needed, and no need to arrive with it figured out.
The space: Inclusive and safe for men of all sexualities, backgrounds, and faiths. We're rooted in safety, doing the least harm, and a benevolent mind, with creative and conscious assertiveness: neither passive nor aggressive.
