Anger Management Classes for adults, live on Zoom. MUST ENROLL to attend.
Welcome and thank you for your interest in attending our Anger Management classes.
Voluntary and Court-Ordered adults are welcome to attend. We meet live on Zoom, not Meetup's platform. Enrollment is required to attend.
Our Anger Management Program was approved by the OC Dept of Probation in 2012. Probation does not monitor classes but our program continues to meet all Court requirements.
CLASSES OFFERED: TUE 12p-1p and WED 4p-5p.
ENROLLMENT and COST: A one-time enrollment appointment is required prior to attending classes. The cost is $75. Some insurance is accepted for this one-time appointment. Insurance will not reimburse to pay for classes.
CLASSES and COST: We use a live, virtual platform, currently Zoom, for classes. The cost per class is $30. We use a 10-lesson curriculum to earn a Certificate of Completion. Classes are available: TUE 12p-1p and WED 4p-5. Once enrolled, you may attend when your schedule allows. Attend one class per week or both days. Once a graduate, and in good standing (all fees paid and all 10-chapters completed), one may continue to attend classes for no fee. We do NOT use Meetup as our class platform.

Attendees report improvement in relationships after attending four to six classes. Classes are educational and informative. Learn, discuss, and practice, new, better coping skills. Discover your negative self-talk and how to change it. Identify your triggers and realize why you lose your temper or act out. Attend and learn new tools to improve your interpersonal relationships at with family and children as well as in the workplace!
