New Years Party & Anime Sampler: Winter 2017

Celebrate our first social Meetup of 2017 with food, games, and anime! This year's lineup includes:

• Potluck – please bring party-friendly foods
• Anime Sampler – watch first eps from the new season
• Panels – convention-style presentations
• Arcade – videogames, tabletop, and more
• Cabaret – live entertainment provided by members

This is one of our biggest events yet, so we hope you can make it!

What to Bring
We'll be taking orders for lunch boxes from Honey Butter Fried Chicken (http://www.honeybutter.com/catering)), but we also encourage bringing soft drinks, juice, beer, cider, veggie and cheese platters, chips and dip, desserts, and other party-friendly foods to share for the afternoon. Coat check is unavailable.

Getting There
Public transit: we're 1-block from the Belmont CTA train station for the Red, Purple, and Brown Line trains and the #77 Belmont bus. Drivers: parking in the immediate area is kinda spotty. If you head a little further west on Belmont, you'll have a much better chance of finding metered parking or even some non-metered on the side streets like Paulina. Do note that some side streets are permit only.

About the Location
This business space accommodates several groups. Please bring any concerns to organizers wearing AnimeChicago t-shirts instead of disrupting the business staff. This space is not wheelchair accessible.

*** Update your RSVP***
Our three strikes policy for No Shows and last-minute cancellations is in effect. The room cannot accommodate more than 60 people, so unexpected guests will not be permitted entrance.
