What we're about

The purpose of this group is to offer educational workshops and instruction to individuals and groups that want to improve their photography and improve the understanding of their camera.

We're huge on continuing education. Some of our Meetups will be at no charge, and some require, and deserve, a fee.
We hope you decide to participate as often as possible.

You can only submit images if you will be ONLINE for the critique session.

After the online critique session, I will pick the "Best of the Best" to be displayed on this page as well as our group Facebook page. The Best of the Best will be chosen based on composition, clarity, visual impact, inspiration, post-processing, and how well it fits the challenge theme.

**Final deadline to submit images will be 11:59 pm on TUESDAY JANUARY 25TH, 2022

**SOLD OUT** The Astounding Topography of Southern Utah, Workshop #1

During this Monday thru Friday Photography Workshop, you will discover and photograph the stunning and diverse topography of beautiful Southern Utah. Around every turn is a totally different landscape and scene, and each view is simply jaw-dropping.

Some of our photography will take place in the more frequented National Parks (but not all), but a lot of the locations will be "off the beaten path" less traveled. We will start in Moab, UT and finish in Bryce, UT. We will be staying a total of six nights in four different locations.

You will arrive in Moab, Utah on Sunday evening April 3rd where we will all get together for a welcome dinner, and depart St. George, UT on Saturday morning April 9th and fly home from Las Vegas.

You will be guided through the entire booking process, and there will be two teams of three attendees that will share a rental car. All details and guidance will take place at the appropriate time.

This workshop will concentrate on the techniques and composition of creating raw image captures of the vast landscapes and the amazing diverse topography. We will be enjoying this workshop from approximately 8am until 5pm daily.

Unlimited group instruction and one-on-one instruction is included, as are permit fees and entrance fees. A post-processing video training will be included to each attendee so that you can successfully and proudly process your raw captures.

The workshop fee does NOT include hotels, food, and rental car.
