Where Yoga Meets Science & Mental Health is a space for curious minds who want to explore yoga beyond the poses.
This group was created to bridge the gap between ancient yogic wisdom, modern science, and mental well-being — helping people better understand how practices like breathwork, movement, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation can positively impact everyday life.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga, already practicing, or simply interested in mental health and personal growth, you are welcome here.
Every two weeks, we gather for free discussions and community events around topics such as:

Through long-held postures, mindful breathing, and moments of stillness, Yin Yoga helps you move out of "doing" mode and reconnect with yourself.
