    Meet Ania & Gil — Your Acroyoga Guides: Ania is a soulful traveler, a yoga teacher, and a mentor, passionate about guiding others on their journey of self-discovery. Gil is a free-spirited artist with a heart for community, creativity, and healing. Their paths crossed deep in the Amazon jungle of Ecuador, where they instantly recognized a shared vision: to spread love, connection, and joy through movement.

    Have you noticed how your body responds to stress — and what helps it to release?
    These monthly sessions offer a safe and powerful space to explore your breath, body, and emotions in a new way. This type of breathwork can support you in releasing built-up tension, reducing stress, processing emotions, and moving through inner blockages. Many participants leave with a deep sense of peace and inner calm.

    I will always respect your boundaries and only guide you as far as feels safe and right for you. It’s not about forcing anything that isn’t there, but about giving you space and time for self-exploration and -regulation.
    After a short introduction, you’ll be guided through a breath journey using the technique of conscious connected breathing. The experience is supported by music and gentle bodywork, with time for rest and integration at the end.

    Held in a small and intimate group setting, these sessions are open to all levels — no previous experience needed.

    Ever since discovering the powerful knowledge about the breath and nervous system, I'm passionate about making it accessible to as many people as possible. That's the great thing about the breath after all: you always have it with you.

    I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach: not every breathwork technique fits every nervous system. That’s why I offer options that match your unique needs, and invite you to move at your own pace — with curiosity, presence, and self-compassion.

    As October draws to a close, nature invites us to slow down, to turn inward, and to release what we no longer need. The brightness and intensity of summer have passed; now is the time to soften into stillness and restore our energy.

    This 2-hour cacao & sound ritual is designed to guide you through the art of REST - gently moving from heart activation into embodied release, and finally into deep rest:

    • Cacao Ceremony – Opening the heart and calming the nervous system as we sip ceremonial cacao with intention.
    • Somatic Dance & Intuitive Movement – Moving gently, eyes closed, guided by music and breath — reconnecting with the body, releasing stored energy, and softening into presence.
    • Journaling Ritual – Reflecting on where we crave more spaciousness and what we’re ready to set down before winter.
    • Sound Journey – Immersing in the deep, resonant waves of gongs and bowls to dissolve mental noise, invite stillness, and restore balance.

    This ceremony is a seasonal reset - a space to release, rebalance, and return to yourself before entering winter’s quiet.

    No previous experience with cacao, dance, or sound healing is needed - simply bring an open heart, comfortable clothing, and your journal/paper and pen.

    Important: Please note, by joining the sound healing part, you confirm that none of the following contraindications apply to you: pacemaker, epilepsy, psychosis, or current anxiety disorder
