In this special workshop, we’ll dive into the world of arm balances – from foundational shapes like Crow and Side Crow to playful transitions and creative variations.
You’ll learn:

* Step-by-step progressions for safe and confident arm balancing
* Strength, mobility, and alignment tips to make your balances feel lighter
* Fun partner drills to help you try new moves with support (and plenty of laughs)

Whether you bring your partner, best friend, or yoga buddy – or come solo and make new connections – this is a space to explore, play, and challenge yourself without pressure.
Expect a mix of sweaty flow, skill-building exercises, and lighthearted moments that will leave you feeling stronger, more confident, and even upside down.
