What we’re about
This group is operated by the Antioch Public Library District (10/10/2024).
Have you always wanted to write, but aren’t sure where to start? Or maybe you’re stuck in a writing rut? Give your internal self-editor a break and write in the moment! Join us, in-person, for an evening of writing and discussion. All are welcome, no experience required.
Please go to apld.libcal.com/calendar to register. Do not sign up on Meetup. We don't use Meetup for communication purposes. Please contact Larisa at leastman@apld.info if you have any further questions.
We are currently meeting in person at the library one Tuesday evening per month.

Are you a writer? Do you have a short story, poetry, or even a whole novel inside you that is just dying to get out? For those who endeavor to create the perfect sentence, plot, character or world building, input from a writer’s group can be particularly advantageous. In addition to creating a community of support and encouragement, a writer’s group also provides the necessary critiquing of each other’s work that is essential to honing your writing skills. This is a safe space, anything besides encouragement and constructive criticism will not be tolerated.
Please go to the apld.info calendar to register. Do not sign up on Meetup--all registrations must be submitted through APLD's website: apld.libcal.com/calendar
