AI Discussion Group (Refactor/Rewrite & Technical Dept)

All over the internet we hear about AI rewriting legacy code (Banks still trying to get away from Cobol, and seemingly everything should be rewritten to rust now a days)

So what are the everyday developer to do, and how are these rewrites possible/safe to do?)

We will also talk refactorings in general, writing test and removing technical debt with AI
