Enjoy a nice relaxing Qigong (pronounced “chi-gong”) guided class for any age or whatever your current flexibly level is, with no background required. Actually this class is well suited for those who think that they can not do strenuous Yoga classes or complicated long sitting meditation. No one is excluded. It can be adapted to fit any need.

What Is Qigong?

  • Qigong is a Chinese system of holistic health practice, with roots dating back to more than five thousand years.
  • "Qi" means “life force,” the energy that powers our body and spirit. "Gong" means "work or gather." Qi Gong together means a form of movement and mind using intention and mindfulness to guide qi (energy) to make it work.
  • Qi gong is an internal process that has external movements.
