About us
## Live grounding, sleep, and stress-regulation classes for real life
Do you understand what you are “supposed” to do when you feel anxious, but still struggle to calm your body when anxiety actually hits?
This online community offers practical, guided classes for adults who want to better manage anxiety, overthinking, physical tension, sleep disruption, and accumulated stress. We focus on skills you can practice in real time and use in everyday situations—not vague advice to relax, think positively, or simply take a deep breath.
Our events may include:
- Live grounding and breathing exercises
- Skills for managing anxiety spikes
- Strategies for racing thoughts and overthinking
- Nervous-system regulation after stressful days
- Sleep-supportive routines and nighttime calming practices
- Techniques for physical symptoms such as muscle tension, throat tightness, restlessness, and rapid breathing
- Help identifying which techniques work best at different levels of activation
- Structured opportunities to build a personalized regulation plan
## What to Expect
Most events include a brief explanation of the featured topic, live guided practice, practical troubleshooting, and time to create a realistic plan for using the skill outside the group.
Participation is always your choice. You will not be pressured to disclose personal experiences, explain your mental-health history, or speak in front of the group. You are welcome to participate quietly and keep your camera off when needed.
These are educational, skills-based events rather than group therapy. Our goal is to help you understand your stress response, experience practical techniques firsthand, and leave with something useful you can apply in daily life.
