A supportive collective for those who struggle with anxiety or have loved ones who do. We will share best practices, remedies, successes and flops, in a safe container. My goal in this group is to honor the shift away from a student/teacher dynamic and instead open up a collective support system where we can all learn from one another. Anxiety can be debilitating, can make you feel incapable or at times worthless. In using your story and your struggles to help others, you can find your power and contribute towards the greater good. Your journey then acquires a deeper meaning and your suffering is no longer in solitude.
